would love to stay here again
The room had a kitchenette with a dishwasher and a microwave, a cozy seating area with a sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was private, stocked with towels and body soap. We enjoyed the sauna, and there were sledges available for fun outside. The food in the restaurant was top-notch, showcasing local ingredients.

What an enchanting experience! The food was exceptional, especially the traditional dishes, and the sauna was a refreshing treat after a long day outside. the bed was quite narrow, which made sleeping a bit cramped.

The stunning location by the lake made for an enchanting stay, especially with the captivating aurora visible right outside our door. A large, spacious cabin was perfect for our group, even if some of the furnishings felt a bit retro. Dining experiences stood out, with exceptional local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed, including delightful traditional Irish pancakes. the cabin could certainly benefit from improvements in decor, and the walk to the main hotel was longer than anticipated, with limited transport options during the snowy conditions.

Staying in the spacious bungalow was a highlight, with a large kitchen area, comfy beds, and a cozy atmosphere that made it perfect for family gatherings. The proximity to the frozen lake was mesmerizing, offering beautiful views and easy access to sledding and outdoor fun right outside the door.
You'll want to be aware that some of the rooms could use a bit of a facelift. they felt a bit dated overall. The indoor swimming pool was a letdown, as the water was way too cold and not ideal for a leisurely swim, which was something we particularly looked forward to. Further, the restaurant closed earlier than anticipated, leaving us with no dinner options after a long travel day. Lastly, navigating between the bungalows and main building can get a bit confusing, especially in snowy conditions, as it was across a road with no direct path, so be prepared for that.
