The outdoor activities like reindeer rides and husky sledges were super fun, and the frozen lake was fine!

The staff were friendly and there is a pretty nice restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast selection was good.
The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms while comfortable were not very stylish.

Nice staff, quiet in the room.
To warm in the room, and no airconditioning and not possible to open the window.

The room was a little small and old-fashioned, but it was very cosy. We had an excellent Lapp menu at dinner, and the breakfast buffet took our breath away. We did not see better in other four star hotels. The staff were very pleasant. Lovely views on the lake.

Conveniently situated between Sorrtland, Gallivare, and Tromso. My husband and I are exploring the north regions in Norway, Sweden, and Finland every year. We try to find new hotels every year, but if we find a place which excell in one aspect, we tend to come back. We didn't have time to visit the Relax area, but had a wonderful start in the early morning at half past six, although the fog was lying all around and the temperature wasn't too inviting.
I appreciate local kitchen, but I think the vegetables were altogether too sweet with the beef. May be it is my palate which isn´t adjusted to the Finnish way.

would love to stay here again
The room had a kitchenette with a dishwasher and a microwave, a cozy seating area with a sofa bed, and a tv. The bathroom was private, stocked with towels and body soap. We enjoyed the sauna, and there were sledges available for fun outside. The food in the restaurant was great, showcasing local ingredients.

Very friendly staff; I arrived a bit later than I thought (because of the time difference with Sweden/Norway), and although the restaurant was already closed, I could still have dinner if I wanted. Accomodation and breakfast also very good; in Sweden/Norway I had to pay nearly twice as much for this level of service.

What an enchanting experience! The food was really good, especially the traditional dishes, and the sauna was a refreshing treat after a long day outside. The bed was quite narrow, which made sleeping a bit cramped.

Not suitable due to mouldy apartment smell.

The fine location by the lake, especially with the captivating aurora visible right outside our door. A large, spacious cabin was perfect for our group, even if some of the furnishings felt a bit retro. Dining experiences stood out, with really good local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed, including good traditional Irish pancakes. The cabin could certainly benefit from improvements in decor, and the walk to the main hotel was longer than anticipated, with limited transport options during the snowy conditions.
